We built the week as a complete cycle — so your body and mind gets what it needs, when it needs it.

Mobility Flow
Class focused on dynamic stretching and deep breath. Activates joints, lymphatic system and releases tension. Supports recovery and prevents injuries. Each session is designed to help you feel flexible and fully present in your body, surrounded by the ocean breeze and morning sun.

Strength Flow
Class designed to shape full-body and increase muscle mass. Energizing sequence using bodyweight and accessories such as dumbbells, resistance bands and ankle weights. Empowering and open to all levels. This outdoor session will challenge your body in functional way.

Pilates Flow
A controlled yet powerful class using the pilates ball to activate deep muscles and improve balance. Through precise movement, it strengthens the core and enhances overall alignment. Moving in nature helps regulate the nervous system and calm the mind.

Burn Flow
A dynamic cardio workout with dance-inspired elements. Great for burning calories, boosting endurance and enjoying a music-driven session. Fresh air, sunshine and the open sky turn the class into a mini outdoor party that lifts your mood and your heart rate.

About Us
Our Story
The Feel Better Club was created with a simple intention: to bring people together through movement, nature, and the kind of energy that only shared effort can create. What started as a few beach and garden sessions for friends has grown into a space where people challenge themselves, and discover how good it is to move with purpose — surrounded by fresh air, sunlight, and wildlife.
Training outside grounds us, training together lifts us up. And we keep showing up because it just Feel(s) Better — the endorphins and sound of waves bring out the smiles. Each one counts.

Meet the Founder & Coach

Sport has always been at the center of my life. I started at the age of seven and quickly became a professional basketball player — an experience that shaped my everyday discipline, teamwork, and the belief that high goals are worth pursuing.
After ten years in competitive sport, I focused on education at university and opened myself to new forms of movement: dance, tennis, skiing, resistance training, and pilates. Each discipline taught me something different about the body, its potential and the flow.
In 2016, I discovered kitesurfing — a passion that changed my life and eventually led me to move to Tarifa. The ocean, the wind, the freedom — it all felt like home. Since then, I've continued exploring, traveling, and learning — always curious, always growing, always moving.
Today, I bring more than 25 years of experience in sports into every session. As a European-certified fitness and personal trainer, I'm truly fulfilled by guiding people, helping them discover their inner power. My approach is built on positive energy, precise technique, and body-mind-soul connection. A rhythm-driven atmosphere creates flow and brings out smiles — because workout should be challenging in a good way.
Feel Better Club is an extension of everything I love and value: nature, movement, connection, and the joy of growing together.
